Getting Battery USB Ethernet

3 Push the battery into the bay until it latches into place. The following photo shows a

Telephony Modem with both batteries installed.

Note: The Telephony Modem will not begin operating until you apply AC

power.

4 Replace the door. To do so, place the tabs of the battery door into the slot on the Tele-

phony Modem battery compartment. Rotate the door away from you until the two latch-

es snap back into place.

Note: Some Telephony Modem models use a Lithium-Ion battery pack. The

battery does contain precious material, there may be some benefit in recy-

cling. Please dispose of the battery responsibly and in accordance with local

ordinances.
